WHO ARE WE?
Gazelle is a real estate atelier. We locate and renovate historic gems in Porto, Portugal. Our goal is to scout crumbling palaces and restore them into modern urban apartments. In our vision we rejuvenate the city by providing comfortable, aesthetic and affordable apartments in the best spots of Porto.
We cater to small scale investors with a real opportunity to maximize capital. Our careful planning results into solid ventures with minimal risk that yield high returns.
We believe, that by making the city we work in more beautiful, our assets gain tremendous value and so do our partners.
WHY PORTO?
Much has been said about up and coming Porto, but we would like to share our impressions and reasons for choosing this revitalised city.
Porto is unique in that it is the meeting point of lush green mountains and the vast North Atlantic Ocean, making the city the perfect starting point for nature and ecological tourism.
At the same time, Porto is a lively urban center - offering young professionals from all around Portugal new residential, educational and employment opportunities.
One of the things we find striking every time we visit Porto, is the combination of old and new - young professionals along with senior merchants, the old historical city and port, rejuvenated by new enterprises, traditional together with contemporary. This is evident in the culture, architecture and commerce; and there is a place for everyone.
We always feel very welcome and it is obvious how the local population is excited by the new growth of their city.
Coming from centers of urban gentrification, we appreciate Porto’s lace-like process of dedicated weaving the old alongside the new, modernizing various aspects of the city, while respecting it’s past.
